Refund policy

At Bon Mercy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: Exchanges are only available if the wrong size was shipped. Exchanges for any other reason cannot be accommodated.

  • Initiating an Exchange:
    To request an exchange:

    • Contact us at BonMercy86@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:

      • A brief explanation of the issue

      • Photos of the item, if applicable

    • Packages for exchange must be postmarked within the 3-day window.

  • Condition Requirements: Items sent for exchange must:

    • Be in their original packaging

    • Have all tags intact

    • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • No Refunds: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Exchanges are strictly limited to cases where an incorrect size was shipped.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Customers will be reimbursed for any shipping costs associated with returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect size shipped). Reimbursement will be processed after the returned item is inspected and the exchange is approved.

  • In Case of No Response:
    If you do not receive a response in a timely manner, you may proceed to ship the item directly to:

Note: Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be issued at that time.
